Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted on our website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Processing Timeline
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We aim to process all takedown requests within 48 to 72 hours of receipt. If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website or terminate the access of any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
